For Authors

Here are some general guidelines to keep in mind when submitting to any WPP project.

WPP is committed to diversity. We welcome submissions by writers from marginalized communities  and stories that feature characters from marginalized backgrounds.

We will not accept any story that glorifies racism, homophobia, transphobia, discrimination against any religious or ethnic group, etc. We believe fiction can and should discuss difficult topics. However, if the message of your story is that "discrimination against this group of people is a good thing," then we are not interested. 

Our hard no's are:

• Explicit torture of characters under the age of 13 

• Explicit sexual content involving characters under the age of 18

• Torture or sexual content involving non-sentient animals 

• Fanfiction 

• Plagiarism or stories generated partly or completely by AI software such as ChatGPT 

• Porn Without Plot. Sexual content is okay, but there has to be a plot to the story.
